Poached Salmon

2012-06-28

Salmon, like most other types of fish, provides high quality protein and essential fatty acids, all which are greatly needed by the bodybuilder for muscle growth.

Salmon can be bought from the local fish market, and can be a great substitute for red meat. Wild caught salmon contains far fewer pollutants than farmed salmon, so be sure to ask before you purchase. You do not want to be doing more damage to your body.

With that in mind, enjoy preparing this dish as it will be well worth the effort.
