Mornings are such a rush for me that I usually have a protein shake for my breakfast on weekdays. I know, breakfast should be more substantial but I simply don’t have the time in the mornings. Believe you me, I more than make up for it on weekends!

So if I’m gonna have a shake for breakfast then I make sure it’s a good one, not just some whey powder in milk. It only take a few minutes extra to put a bit of effort in and transform your shake into something that tastes really good and is packed with nutrients.

Like any other shake recipe, feel free to add/remove ingredients to suit your personal taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein
  • 1.5 cup of frozen berries mix (strawberries,  raspberries,  blueberries,  blackberries…)
  • 4 tablespoons of fat-free yogurt
  • 200ml of Water
  • 25g of dextrose (Only if consumed post-workout)

Method

No steps to follow with this recipe, just add all the ingredient into to a blender, blend and enjoy!

Rob is a firm believer that..
