Eat Your Greens
As well as stuffing kilos of chicken down your neck every day and ploughing your way through mountains of rice & pasta, I do hope you’re not shying away from your greens. I tend to eat at least a minor presence of some green veg with just about every meal. I can never be bothered to prepare the veg from scratch though, that’s why frozen vegetables are my best friend.
