Berry Blast – One Of The Best Protein Shake Recipes
Posted on 27. May, 2011 by Rob Connor in High Protein Snacks
Mornings are such a rush for me that I usually have a protein shake for my breakfast on weekdays. I know, breakfast should be more substantial but I simply don’t have the time in the mornings. Believe you me, I more than make up for it on weekends!
So if I’m gonna have a shake for breakfast then I make sure it’s a good one, not just some whey powder in milk. It only take a few minutes extra to put a bit of effort in and transform your shake into something that tastes really good and is packed with nutrients.
Here’s one of the best protein shake recipes around courtesy of Anabolic Cooking.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein

- 4 Tablespoons of fat-Free Yogurt
- 200ml of Water
